New tires - Vittorio Randonneur Pro ? - so a little wider, a little softer, and fall winds a little higher = +2-5 minutes each way.

It doesn't get easier, just faster. LOL

If I can get as fast on these tires as the stockers, come spring I will CRUSH my commute.

We'll see.
