Dunno why Jim called this the Gara, but it has Cromor decals on the frame and fork. FWIW mine has a 59cm seat tube c-c, and a 56cm top tube c-c. It weighs 22 lb 13 oz as pictured (with a heavy saddle, but no pedals)

edit: I haven't pulled the fork on this one yet, but I have an identical frame hanging in my closet - the fork is stamped 1988.
