I have not ridden a road bike in over 20 years. Went out to look at a older bike and a trainer. The trainer I got for $30. Was a little worried about riding a road bike but saddles up and away I rode. I could all but hear my body say " Yes! This is what we need!!" But alas the bike was to short for me.....I think I need to get over my fear and just try to figure out how to rebuild that french bike of mine.
