I just got back from a cruise that started on the 17th of Sept. and ended in Hawaii where I spent a few days. I was ready to step on the scale and have gained at least 10+ lbs. To my amazement, I gained .4 lbs. I guess taking the Spin Class for 5 days on the ship, then working out each day after in the Gym paid off!
