Would 1st gen Phill Wood hubs be considered HF?? They seem to have higher flanges than most LF hubs, except they are solid, not perforated like your typical HF hubs....
If perforated HF hubs do have a tendency to crack as I've also heard from some people before, could Phil Wood's solid flanges be a better design for HF hubs??...unless if the cracking usually happens at the spoke holes, I guess....
