First impression *what's he doing on that bike, it looks too small*

I'm no expert, but to me that XL looks much better. I'm 6' and riding a large TCR and it feels perfect. You look like you're pretty fit or could get there fairly easily, as you get more comfortable on the bike you'll want to be more stretched out (you'll also breath better) than that large will let you with out some of the modifications previously mentioned. I personally road an OCR in a medium and that thing felt cramped as he!! to me and I like a small frame, you've got to feel cramped up on that large. I think the XL is a good choice.

Or buy the large, decide in a couple months it's the wrong bike, and I'll take it off your hands, of course you know they depreciate a lot when you drive them off the showroom floor right
