1969-70 pierce-arrow tandem bike
I have a1969-70 pierce-arrow tandem bike it's been in my shed for 15 years; I did ride it years ago but it's something I wanted to restore. .Now that I have the time I want to know if there is a right and wrong way to do it..???? Could you advise
