I don't know if you are aware of the fact that this bike comes with 451 wheels and tires, which are slightly larger in diameter than the 406 size which is common on BMX. The issue becomes the reach of the brake calipers when you go to the smaller 406 BMX wheels. You will probably need calipers with longer reach.

EDIT: I just looked up the wheels you mention (Skyway Tuff IIs), and they would look very cool on that bike, particularly in blue.
