It has a kickplate you stand on similar to a scooter but wide enough for both feet. You stear the back by pinching your seat with your knees. Come to Tahoe and ill give you a demo this winter.
Here is a picture of an older model without shocks to show the kickplate. I was modifying it to add a toekick for higher lift.
