Bikes: 1986 Alpine (steel road bike), 2009 Ti Habenero, 2013 Specialized Roubaix

Doubletap shifting is different from shimano.

I can't really say one is better than the other, personal preference.

Go to your bike shop and try both.

BTW I think either 105 or force are both fine groups. The force is lighter but both are fine.
