Bikes: Motobecane FLY Team Titanium 29er and Motobecane Borix X9 FATTY

I'll probably be riding 28-32. I haven't tried a 32 yet on my bike so if that works, I would prefer a bigger tire. By the way, I do run brakes because I have some aching knees.
