i have only drank water on the bike for over 20 years. Sometimes I eat sometimes I don't. I am very impressed that you rode 105 miles without eating food. But what impresses me even more is that you rode 14 MPH for 105 miles. I have done dozens of centuries and even rode a double. But for the life of me there is no way I could handle going 14 mph for 105 miles it would absolutely KILL me sitting on a bike for that many hours.
