You don't need the wheels trued, especially from Velomine.

Tell them to double check the tension and that's it. Velomine does an excellent build with good tension, you certainly don't want some shop monkey messing with them. My first wheelset from Velomine went more than 6,000 trouble free miles before I wore through my rim and rebuilt the set.
