Cadd, I just looked at your pics again and noticed you have an Ultegra rear derailleur. Your shifting should be smooth as buttah with that!

Do the checks I suggested and where I said pull back on the cable, you would loosen the cable screw just below the middle of the Ultegra name and pull forward then retighten the screw (the cable will (should) slide slightly forward during the adjustment).
