well, the bike shop wrote up a damage report, putting the frame at $795 and the rear wheel at $300. that's not bad.

i'm still trying to get the police report. they still haven't entered it into the computer yet! what the hell kind of operation is this? anyway, i lost the cabbies information in the hospital so i'm hoping the police report has all that. no one has contacted me about anything yet, so i'm guessing the idiot cab driver didn't bother to report anything.

damn! i get hit, injuried, and then it's me who has to chase down paper work, call, and run around getting everything i need while on crutches and painkillers. and missing work at the same time. plus the estimate at the bike shop was $40 bucks and the police report will cost me $10 out of pocket. all for a photocopy! i'm really pissed off about all this. all because this jerk couldn't wait 2 seconds for me to go through the intersection. literally only 2 seconds!!
