While the two frames do appear to be very similar, the most obvious way to tell the difference is the dropouts.
edit: are you talking about the ones on eBay? If so, those are the mass-produced frames (Cog House = Leader). $415 for the frame and carbon fork is a pretty good deal.
Great answer, thanks. I had researched and seen that yours was the 7000 series and the cheaper ones advertised were 6000 series. Makes sense why it was so cheap. Even though its not a bad deal, I think im going to keep shopping for a decent steel bike. But yeah its the ones on ebay by coghouse.
