Another useful thing to know is that if you can get that frame under 108" you can ship via USPS (effectively flat rate) to anywhere in Canada for a very, reasonable charge. Opens up a big market to ya especially for certain vintage frames that were never in distribution in Canada.
There are about 30 additional countries that you can ship to via USPS if under 108". Figuring out who they are and plugging those countries into an eBay auction (and excluding the rest) gets complicated. Good luck with that. Most USA sellers are too paranoid or anxious to ship to those dirty-thirty anyway, ha ha . . . .
Personally I give two big thumbs up for the eBay shipping calculator -- which is not to say that I endorse it for every item, as there are various reasons not to use it for some things. A lot of people are hostile towards the eBay shipping calculator, yet in my experience over umpteen shipments I've never once spotted an error in the rates, although at various times the international calculator has "blacked out" for a while. I'm sure others will say the calculator generates garbage -- just not my experience over more shipments than I care to mention.
