Up date on my epic retirement bicycle trip that I've been planning for the last 3 years. I suffered a herniated disc in Minneapolis, not a result of bike riding but it put an end to our trip. I'm now headed back to Alaska for recuperation and physical therapy, it's been a huge disappointment. Seattle and Minneapolis where great! Hopefully we can head out on a new adventure next spring before the summer heat makes travel down south intolerable. Thanks to all of you for providing information and support for your local areas.
