Ride 30min @ 122-165BPM ------>Notice the bottom number is dropping
5 mins 166-171 on the steepest part of the ascents ---->Notice the top number is dropping
39/19 gear 98 cadance
One the way home, I do one fake "I'm tired" stop at the end of the 2nd decent - just to let my heart catch up...no huffing and puffing at all.
It's too hard to go this slow every day, so 2 days a week, I ride as fast and hard as I like -NO HRM.
