what kind of crank are you installing? using a sleeve, and then installing the standard bb should be your last option, as that conversion is more of a permanent solution, and a pain to undo. plus, if you don't do it right, resetting the sleeve to eliminate the dreaded bb30 creak is not a fun chore. a lot of cranksets have bb30-specific press-in adaptors that are much easier to remove should you get a bb30 crankset in the future. shimano, campy, fsa, all have adaptors that don't require the sleeve conversion.
to remove a sleeve, people have suggested installing a junk bottom bracket to the sleeve (old square taper or octalink) and tapping it out with a rubber mallet. the bb gives you a place to strike with the mallet without hitting the frame. it is a bit caveman, but muscle is pretty much the only way to defeat bonding. this is a scary prospect, though, because if you end up stripping the threads, it is game over.
