I also, recommend, white seat, white bartape. Tires, I would suggest something with some white in it too. Also, on the tire size, 700x25 would be about perfect.

Couple other points.. when you do get this bike together and start commuting back and forth to school, start searching for a place to store it while in class. Please, do not lock that bike up on a rack outside a college. IMO, it would have 50% chance of getting stolen in the first month. Not trying to scare you, but fine bikes do get stolen. Even it if gets to talking to the security people and allow you to put right by their station. Anything better than locking up on a rack at a college..Just my opinion.
