Bikes: Heavy, with friction shifters

Put 12 cm stem. Haven't had a chance to ride longer. 50 km was most done in one ride. Still not 100% sure that's it. Seat is about 1 cm more forward than KOPS, height is right I guess. Just not 100% sure about bars height, and stem length. Here's what it looks like:
