When I needed a new vehicle in college, I wanted a 2002ti but finding a used one in 1976 was impossible in New England (no Internet then) and somehow, I couldn't convince my folks to loan me the $7,500 for one.

It was down to a 74 MGB GT or a 73 Saab 99LE. Since I loved to ski, the Saab won out.

Priced right, low miles, but automatic?
