My group, too, evolves fairly regularly. I like to keep the rides interesting and try to "upgrade" (i.e., nice frames in perfect size and fit vs. nice frames with only "adequate" fit) as the opportunity arises. Even my component and wheel stash has been thinned substantially. (Holy cow! I'm nearly out of fenders!) This past year I've been very actively trimming the collection down, sometimes painfully so, but trying to stay true to the philosophy of "perfect fit = enjoyable ride." So for the moment, my team is what is represented in the signature below. And my wife, who tends to walk around the house pointing out and counting bikes out loud, using a menacingly meaningful tone of voice (which apparently is intended to somehow motivate me to do something?)... well she is sounding decidedly less like the Count these days.
