Hey Brother

I commute from Hayard to Sunnyvale three days a week. You'r more then welcome to tag along with me if you'd like.

From Hayward I ride to Decoto - to Fremont Blvd - Right on Thornton - cross over into Newark and to the bridge. From the bridge I take a route (dont know the street names) that consist of about 50/50 road and pathways. With the end result of me ending up on Lawrence Expressway.
