My Team SL replacement frame came with BB30, but I wanted to use my Ultegra 6750 crank. I went with a KCNC adaptor and have never had a problem with it.
It works with Shimano's Hollowtech II series and FSA's Gossamer crankset.

I like that solution as well. Pretty clean. The whole premise of this type of BB and inserting an alloy sleeve into BB30 is both approachs creates a connection of both sides...unlike BB30 where the bearings are independent and only held in place by press, crank preload or loctite.
