I have heard that a couple of mustard packs will make muscle cramps stop. Does anyone have any knowledge of this. I looked at mustard a little and the ingredients doesn't reflect what we find in electrolite drinks. I haven't had any cramps since I heard of this so I have yet to try it for myself
