ummm...that's the point. One of the top bike manufacturers in the world does however. Not only do they use plastic aka Delrin as bushing material between bearings and 46mm ID carbon thru bore which defines PF30...but they do so on their 'flagship' Swork bikes...frameset retailing for about $4K. Most in the pro peloton run C-bear alloy sleeves. This whole BB thing is a joke on the consumer.
