Yes it is easy and tight.. The only small downside is that you need a ft-lbs torgue wrench to install it, but the LBS took care of that for me..

Are the bearings replacable within that BB do you know? Or are the bearings captured/sealed such that they can't be replaced without replacing that entire BB assembly?
