I would say Park and Campy, for the most part. Of course, there are component specific tools, like the PD40 bearing tool Shimano provides with every set of clipless pedals.
As far as 'common' tools go I would think whatever is the mechanics personal choice, depending on what's available in their individual locations.

Personally, I have tools from all over the world; VAR, Hozan, Sugino, Campy, Shimano, Craftsman, Snap On, and many more.
