Wife was out of town so we didn't make Foxy's on the tandem. I decided to do a local 100K including Henry Coe and Metcalf.

This was a bit of a challenge for my old bones, but also very satisfying. I hadn't been down Silver Creek road for at least 25 years. We used to run from Silver Creek HS to either the Packard ranch or UTC gates, about 21 miles R/T. Wasn't a soul on those roads and now it's suburbia - go figure.
Metcalf was a bear especially after Coe, but I am now 7 out of 14 in the 65 y/o+ group
