But in all fairness out of 16676 items sold, they got 59 negatives, giving them 99.6% positive feedback.
If I owned a bike real bike store, I would gladly let Mike Tyson bike my ear off for that kind of customer satisfaction

from reading the negs it seems they have a problem with their communication, meaning if everything goes well, no problem.
But if there is an issue, then it's a crap shoot...
