Ultegra 6700 cassette from them with no issues. Always use credit card with Paypal. I feel safer, even though I have to jump through Paypal/ebay's dispute process.
Agree, 99.6% is really good feedback, especially with how many orders they've dealt with. Sometimes people are just ******** and order the wrong item and blame it on the seller for not accepting a return.
