If you are over 6'4" it is very hard to be able to actually buy a bike off the shelf. Any bike is going to have to be adapted to your size. The best way to buy one then is to just go and pick the bike you like by brand or component group and then try and fit it.

Until you get some good milage under you, you will not have any idea on what you need for fit. Best bet is to get a bike and just tweek until you get it right...
