My brother got burned because a buyer claimed the item was not as described, when it clearly was and he had plenty of pics to prove it. They held up his money forever until it was resolved (not sure if he ended up losing the money or if he ever got it or what). So during that time he had no product, and no money for it.

I have heard of many, many such stories from eBay/PP sellers. It's like they're totally one-sided with the buyers and have little to no protection for sellers from these dis-honest buyers.
