I think there are a couple things with this bike that are positives.

First it's a Klein, won't see many of those so if you like to be an individual, there you go.

It's pretty much full 105 (they said they'd throw in a 105 rear derailuer) which will be fine.

Looks to be in pretty good shape.

Already has SPD or clip pedals.

And no, it doesn't have a seat post collar.

Not a bad deal, I probably wouldn't pay more than $350 for it though. They seem to be going kind of high on Ebay right now though, so if you don't do the buy it now, you're not going to get it any cheaper. JMO
