Just had a good one a couple days ago. Going down a hill (my GPS had me at 47Kph) on my fixed gear I had the chain pop off. For a second I thought I would just coast to a stop, but my rear wheel locked up. The unexpected skid threw me down on my right side, I bounced off my back, coming to a stop on my left side. I was still in the pedals. Luckily there were no cars close to me when I went down, but I dragged myself and the bike off the road just in case. Didn't break anything, (on me or the bike), just a lot of road rash.
What was great about the incident is that I had two cars stop and offer me a ride home and a pedestrian who was walking her dog offered to walk home and get her car to give me a lift. I kinda felt bad turning them down, but I still had another 15Km left on my ride.
