Evening guys.

I've got an issue with my winter bikes Rims being worn out, The wheels are 2007 Aksium race, which have been so bomb-proof it's unreal. They've done everything from Commuting to work with a top bag, weighing in at 39lbs, to running on the winter chain gangs. As a package wheel i can't begin to praise the hammer they've taken without ever running more than 0.5mm total lateral runout :-0. But now that they have folded over, its time to admit defeat :-(

Anyway, Mavic are not keen on selling replacement rims to go on what are, Perfect hubs and bearings (Weekly cleaning and Oiling), so i'm now trying to source a 20 hole rim to suit. Looking on the Mavic website, it looks like the Open Pro rim fits the bill perfectly for rim dimensions, but these are not available in a 20 hole drilling (unless i've missed something).
Do any of the wheel building gifted amongst you have any idea of a suitable rim that would be compatible, as i cant see there not being a rim out there that will fit.

It's become more of a challenge now to try and re-use the Hub/spoke set than doing this to save the pennies.
