Sorry Colonel but I don't have access to anything other than this right now. Pretty hard to tell from this pic. I also have gel cushions under the wrap that make it appear there is a rise going out from the stem. As I recall before I wrapped them they were pretty horizontal. I think the B-135 has a rise and that is why I think I may have something else.

I'm looking at an 1986 or '87 Schwinn Passage later today that the owner says has Nitto Randonneur bars so I should be able to confirm if they match mine or not. Even though the Passage has a broken derailleur hanger I'm thinking for the $100 asking price it may be worth it for me if I can use the bars and an old Brooks on it??
