By my bathroom scale it weighs in just over 20lbs
The cable routing is pretty effed up out of the box and your LBS will need to fix it.
The spokes also need to be tightened and trued pretty badly before its really rideable.
The hubs, wheels, and tires I have no complaints about. The bars and shifters are good once they're adjusted right.
The brakes are pretty good.
The seat is downright horrible. I replaced it with a grooved seat so I wouldn't destroy my junk riding it.
I have about 100 miles on it so far and I'm pretty pleased with it.
