I went down to an Industrial Hardware store, and Get 8.8 steel bolts when it matters .

Torx is the more common Machine screw to fix Discs to Hubs.

Useful is a Click preset torque wrench , for 5mm bolts , the bits can be changed
Allen or Torx.
