I road tested a tcr in XL, the geometry being close to the ocr, but more geared towards racing. I'm 6'4" with a 39" inseam, and the thing felt like a big rig to me. Even tough the saddle was at it's max, I was very upright, and the handlebars, at 46 cm, felt just so large.

While I do believe that compact geometry has it's place to fit "most people", we tall folks look like we hopped on a kid's bike and raised the saddle.

Find a regular geometry bike with the correct top tube length with a 130 or 140 mm stem, THEN worry about the seat tube length, because you can raise or lower your seat by 30 cm, but your stem won't move more then 7 cm.
