Just to update - I bought the Passage with the Nitto Randonneur 135 bars tonight and they aren't the same as what I have but are like new and should serve my purpose well. They are 42cm compared to my Nitto xxx ones that are 48cm with the flared tips. Next time I have a need to re-wrap mine I'll search for some model information.
