Both the Titlist and the Cyclone are decent derailleurs. The Cyclone probably will perform a little better, but is more fragile than the Titlist. The Titlist was essentially identical to Shimano's then top-of-the-line Crane derailleur and performed identically, the only difference being that the Titlist used a steel pulley cage where the Crane used aluminum.
