Hello Beartree, welcome to the forums. You do not have a '86/87 Campione del Mondo what you have appears to be either a '88 or 89 Strada LX. What does the decal on the top tube say?

The Campione de Mondo sticker was placed on almost every Bianchi from '87 through the early '90s in celebration of a Bianchi sponsored rider winning the world championships in Colorado in 1986.

I don't have my catalogs with me but the Strada LX model was a solid recreation level model which usually had a mixed tre tubi chromoly frame w/ Hiten stays and some years a fork as well. Great basic rider and nice but not great commuter.
