I appreciate the reply Steve.
I know nothing about wheels (but I'm trying to learn!). I ride on some pretty rough asphalt and weigh around 180. The wheels are described as: Wheels: Shimano 105 Hubs laced to light blue anodized Mavic Reflex rims 32 hole double butted DT spokes – Professionally handbuilt, less than 20 miles on wheels!
Tires: Continental Grand Prix 3000 700x23c – Less than 20 miles on tires.

I'm not after racing wheels, just something durable and comfortable. Do they sound like they would hold up well?

Also, since the last pedals I bought had toe straps, and the last shoes I bought were Diadora cleats, what would I need to ride with the SPD pedals?
