I just pulled out some catalogs and I don't think this is a Strada LX but a Premio the next model up. With only the rear brake and few other details to go it is very difficult to tell for sure. The Strada LX did not come in black in '88/9. The Premio came in black in '88/9 and in '88 had black chainwheels, but in '89 was changed to an all Blaze group w/ silver rings. So until the OP checks back and either post more pics or tell us the model name off the TT, it looks like a an '88 Premio.

I still agree the value would be rather low given the time of year, pending OP's location. This would be sporting a full ChroMoly frame and fork though make it a better riding and lighter bike.
