I didn't include the PH10 because of the simple flat, unwindowed stamped rear dropout on the bike in the pics from the OP. If you look at the PH10s, they had stamped dropouts that mimicked forged ones with window cutouts and a serrated surface on the top and bottom of slots. (looks better). Otherwise the frames are pretty much the same.
