Well, I've had a series of bags for my bike. Right now, I have an old el-cheapo tote-bag that was just lying around, put in some cardboard to give it shape, and cut slits in the bottom to run velcro cable ties through.

I tried making my own grocery panniers, but where they went, I don't know! On my first trip to the store, by the time I got to the store, my panniers were AWOL! I couldn't find them even after retracing my route many times! After that, I gave up and ordered the M-Wave Double Daytrippers that get's my groceries now.

Side notes: To the OP, I don't think you have enough lights there! To the poster above... Wow! What a big rack! (I crack myself up!)
