Nice work! FWIW: Here's a pic of my 1977 Schwinn Le Tour II. Had one stolen back around 1980 and always wanted to find another one. Disassembled it, had the frame powdercoated, replaced the bearings (including the BB with a cartridge BB), handlebars, brake levers, and its now a regular rider in my stable of bikes. Still has the heavy steel 27" wheels, might change 'em to 700's this winter if I can find some at a reasonable price.
